"When I listen and do what she ask the first time"

"When I get my name on the board"

4. How does your mom make you laugh?
"She makes up silly songs"

5. What was your mom like as a child?
"How would I know? I wasn't borned then.."

6. How old is your mom?
"35"

7. How tall is your mom?
"Hummm....taller than me!"

8. What is her favorite thing to do?
"Cook"

9. What does your mom do when you're not around?
"How would I know? I'm not around!"

10. If your mom becomes famous, what will it be for?
"sugar cookies with sprinkles"

11. What is your mom really good at?
"cooking...and singing"

12. What is your mom not very good at?.
"making round pancakes"

13. What does your mom do for her job?
"Talley Metals....In her office she has a fish"

14. What is your mom's favorite food?
"Japanese....and ice cream"

15. What makes you proud of your mom?
"When she goes on field trips with me"

"Sandy" (from SpongeBob)

"Bake cookies.....read, and play baseball"

"We have the same last name"

19. How are you and your mom different?
"Uggh...She's a girl and I'm a boy"

"She tells me, like, a thousand times a day"

21. Where is your mom's favorite place to go?.
"Shopping"

I find his answers amusing since we are on the go so much lately that it seems like it's been forever since I actually cooked.(Just ask my hubby who swears that we can convert our kitchen into another den) But those "non-round" pancakes sure left an impression, huh? I think that Jenkins may have inheirted my specialty for sarcasim! :o) That kid - what am I going to do with him?

Lately, I've been struggling with the fact that Jenkins is growing up. Yes, I KNEW it was inevitable but somehow it just doesn't seem right. He seems to have grown overnight....and is reading and losing teeth at an alarming rate. The phrases that comes out of his mouth just amaze me some days. He has been talking about his upcoming birthday (it's still months away) and all the talks have made me realize just how very fast these past five years have passed. Hard to believe that little baby boy of mine will be 6 years old on May 30th. Wow.....
