Manic Monday . . .

Time for another Manic Monday . . .

What is one thing that you would change about yourself if you could?
I wouldn't worry so much! I worry about everything....the things I can change...things I have no control over - everything! It would be nice to be one of those people who just lets everything roll off their backs and never give some things a second thought. Yeah...I'll never be one of those people.

Name three exotic countries you would like to visit:
Ireland
Spain
Africa

What do you think the secret to life is?
Happiness! The secret is that you have to love yourself first....and then you can love others. Quit trying to make everyone happy - 'cause you'll never succeed! Concentrate on yourself and those closest to you. The only people you really need in your life are the ones that want you in their lives. You have to learn to take life gives you and just work with it. Life is full of little surprises - you just have to keep your eyes open and enjoy them!
=============================================

The McCullum family spent the majority of this past weekend at the ballfield! Worth's (my nephew) baseball team, Hartsville National Major All-Stars, are playing in the State tournament. If they win, they will head to the Dixie Youth World Series in Mississippi! They won their first two games (11-5, 10-0) and played AMAZINGLY! Worth pitched in the first game - totally shut the other team out and then last night he got a three run homer and a two run triple! I was/am one proud aunt! Lucikly, we have tonight off and then head back for an 8 o'clock game tomorrow night. I'm so proud of Worth! He is growing into quite an amazing young man. He is so talented....and funny! And I just love to watch him with Jenkins. It melts my heart to see him throwing the baseball or football with Jenk....or teaching him how to pitch. (Don't get me wrong, he has taught him some things that I'm not really happy about - like 'girl watching' and burping) I tell you - I'm truly blessed with an amazing family!
